What do we produce?
We produce whole grain flour and white flour from our spelt, wheat and rye. These are ground on stone in a traditional windmill. For wheat and rye we have chosen to grow old varieties. The same goes for spelt, of which we grow a pure variety, meaning that it is not a cross breed of wheat and spelt as is often the case (you can read more about this here).
We also produce quinoa, grown with varieties adapted to the northwest-European climate.
